You can cancel your order within 24 hours after you place the order. Send us an email via info@laopaw.com as soon as possible if you change your mind, we will cancel the order and refund you before it is being shipped. 

If you would like to change your shippng address, please contact us within 24 hours after you plcae the order and we will update your shipping address before it is sent. 

If your order has been shipped, unforturantely we cannot change your shipping address. But you can contact the local logistic company to refirect the package to the correct address.

The harness solves the pulling issue on a daily walking basis. The Front-clip changes the point of leverage. Every time dogs try to pull and the leash gives a tug on their chest to the side when the leash is attached to the front of them, and it will force the dog to turn toward you and so stop them from moving forward. So if they pull, they get turned. And if they turn, they aren’t heading forward which is where they want to be going and why they are pulling.

We would recommend simply hand wash it with gentle soap, rinse well and let it air dry. Putting it through a washing machine and dryer may reduce its useful life.
